Full Compliance and Seafarer Protection
The SIUKAK Certificate is a mandatory requirement issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Ditjen Hubla) Kemenhub. This authorization guarantees that all Company operations meet national regulatory standards, as well as international maritime conventions regarding the placement and protection of seafarers’ rights, including the standards set by the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006.
